Election of Officers
June 19, 2001

At the Annual Meeting on June 19, four incumbent members of the Board whose terms expired this year were re-elected to the Board:
  • Chet Cale
  • Norma Ward
  • Barbara Unrein, and
  • Jim Adams
These terms will run until June 30, 2004.

The resignations of Phyllis Klima and Mary Walts from the Board caused an additional two vacancies. To fill these vacancies, the membership elected:

  • Chuck Brown, and
  • Debbie Clarke

Those carry-over members remaining on the board are:

  • Dr. E. L. "Dusty" Jones
  • Georgia Schwartzkopf
  • Marty Keenan
  • Elaine Pugh
  • Ann Rogers, and
  • Don Shorock

After the general membership Annual Meeting, the new Board met to reorganize itself. President Chet Cale announced that he did not want to be President next year. The Board then voted in the following slate of officers to take office on July 1, 2001:

  • Norma Ward, President
  • Barbara Unrein, Vice President
  • Jim Adams, Treasurer
  • Ann Rogers, Corresponding Secretary
  • Debbie Clarke, Recording Secretary
