The Barton County Arts Center is hosting AN ARTISTIC DISCOVER 2006, the 25th Annual Congressional High School Art Competition for the First Congressional District of Kansas.

Artwork is due into the BCAC gallery by 5 pm, Sat, Feb. 4. It should be picked up by 5 pm, Sat, March 4.
