 The Oscar Micheaux Festival has been organized under the auspices of the Barton County Arts Council with assistance from the Kansas Arts Commission.
At the left is the logo for the Kansas Humanities Council. You'll find it on every page on this site. That's because it's impossible to understate the significance of their contribution to the event.
