It was the intention of the event organizers to minimize the “down time” for lunch on Saturday, while maximizing the time for interaction between speakers as well as attendees. Normally, the Elks Club serves lunch only on weekdays, but agreed to a Saturday opening for the event. We were glad that most festivalgoers joined us for lunch at the Elks Club.
